"Called the company at 4:00am. Person on night duty called me back within 10 minutes. Gave me a arrival time of 45 minutes to an hour. Arrived in 45 minutes at 5:00am. Fixed the problem and went away. Service charge $125. I believe this is a charge for emergency service. Charge for replacing thermocouple : $147.50 The charge for replacing thermocouple if very reasonable. I can live with the service charge for an emergency situation."

"Sterling Heating & Cooling saved the day! Our heat went out, and my husband has a number of medical conditions and cannot tolerate being too cold. "Robert G. is a true Professional. We had a furnace down situation due to failed control board. Robert came on time and performed a diligent diagnostic and explained me the problem.
