"Ken was pleasant, showed up on time and steam cleaned both mine and my husbands bathroom floor at a very fair price..A year ago a contractor installed my husband's bathroom floor tile and had put a gloss over it (that I never asked for) and it started chipping and looked awful..Ken worked hard getting the gloss off..When I had called him the next day and asked if he wouldn't mind coming back to go over it a little more due to there being some remnants of gloss left, he handled it professionally and came back the day after making it look the way it was originally supposed to..I highly recommend Ken.."

"We wanted new railings on our porch. The overhang was old but in good condition. The wood under was rotted though. We were told the overhang would have to come down by a different company. Not so with Q&R. Wood was replaced, and overhang remains. We got our new hand rails, decided to have shingles redone, new glass storm doors installed on 3 entry ways, and porch painted. Robert walked us through everything that was done answered every question straight forward and patiently. ( and I had a bunch of question) They were courteous, on time and if his team could not make it for whatever reason, we were notified. Jobs were finished in a few weeks. We are quite satisfied and are already planning what s next on our home repair list. We definitely will be calling Q & R Home Improvements."
