On the day of, I got a phone call from Mark when he was just over an hour out, and he arrived near the start of the time window I'd been given. Mark was friendly and professional, and dug in. After a through cleaning, he discovered the wall switch that was the culprit, and had the fireplace roaring. He walked me through everything on the fireplace, showed me what he'd used to bring the glass back to sparkling clarity, and made are I was comfortable with using and adjusting it. After the wrapped up, he encouraged me to call if I ran into any issues or had questions. All in all, a phenomenal experience.
