He didn't just replace the broken part but several others which were worn out. I was ok with that as I knew the parts were original and nigh 16 years old. Better to do it all at once since he was here. The investment in his time and expertise was worth it. Bluefrog also followed later in the day to make sure all was well and functional with the toilet repair. I thought that was a nice touch.
