With a little bit of fact-finding, knowledge of the area, and troubleshooting on the spot, Duane fixed an issue we'd been having with our outdoor faucet since 2019 within in 5 minutes of his arrival (turns out we just needed to open a valve all the way). We'd previously had a big-name plumber come out, ask no questions, and quote us $250 to fix the faucet that ultimately worked just fine -- didn't realize that wasn't the right approach until we met Duane. "Hired these guys to replace my original heating and A/C unit. They seem to have done a good job--it works fine. Furnace unit has filter and housing is a little wonky, but it seems to work. They also installed a fancy thermostat which can be read and operated by my phone over the internet. I wasn't too impressed with the thing at first, but I'm away for periods and I've been very pleased with it."
