Their crew did a good job on the roof replacement. I received many estimates from other companies and found that JMS estimate was better than most . They definitely didn’t cut corners on materials or workmanship to save money . Being a smaller company (than some of the others I received estimates from),they have a lower overhead and are able to pass this savings along to the customer .
