"Our installers were an excellent team of JOSH W. and CODY R. and they very professional and knowledgeable of the product that they installed. Where as, the sales rep was new, 6 months in, and gave us some bad info regarding using our old fixtures, a shower head and sprayer that are fairly new, and the possibility of the install team installing a new garden tub that we might have purchased outside of Westshore. FYI: Westshore only installs their own products. Other than that, we love our new shower and the wall surrounding our garden tub."

"Initially I had only intended to have a new head unit installed. After checking the doors, the tech, Ronnie, pointed out the the rollers were also in need of replacement. Replaced the head unit and rollers in both doors under that contract for work. Ronnie also replaced the safety eyes that had not been installed by the tech who did my first unit that failed. I had the eyes and Ronnie installed them. He also made repairs to the the door mounting structures that were loosening and did not charge extra for the additional work. I am happy to recommend the company and would not hesitate to send my friends and family to them!"
