"Christian was amazing! He showed up on time and prepared. He came and installed my Ecobee 3 Lite on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. Seriously? Who does that? He did. He installed my thermostat and troubleshooted my unit in an hour. It was so complicated the Ecobee techs I called first washes their hands of the whole problem. He read the schematics on my air handler looked at my colored spaghetti and had the power source, C-wire issue resolved. It gets better. He understood the thermostat and associated app to the point where he helped me set up everything on my phone and the unit itself. Finally, he stayed until he was convinced the temp differentials he was measuring were within industry standards. He is an owner/operator. No fancy truck or uniform, which is why you pay so much to other vendors. He was like your best friend showing up who really knew what he was doing. He looked young but don’t let that fool you. He knew his craft. I’d rehire him in a heartbeat. Plus he was a super nice guy and his rate was more than reasonable for all that he did. Honestly I couldn’t be happier."

"Water heater broke on Sunday, made a bunch of calls around town to get it fixed, Ace was the only one that called back on Sunday and they came out early on Monday. They installed a tankless water heater and by 3 p.m. The best part was that they were be to offer to finance the job at a much lower interest rate (9%) compared to home depot (23%).
