The estimate was extraordinarily reasonable, so we arranged to get the project underway. The next morning, a man came and refastened the fallen siding and pressure washed all of our siding, and also pressure washed our driveway and sidewalk, which were getting green as well. He found a place where the aluminum framing was loose and letting water in on our back bay window. He said the wood he could see was starting to rot.
