"Five stars all around. Max and team did an excellent job. We replaced carpet with hardwood. From start to finish, it really was a 5 star experience. Max spent around 3 hours with us reviewing options. He was thorough and patient as we processed what to do. Once we moved forward, his communication with us was excellent - reminders on scheduling, prep. And was quick (within minutes) to respond to text/email questions). The team knows their stuff and did a top quality job installing. The end product exceeds expectations. Beautiful! Small stuff matters - the care for keeping the keeping the rest of the house clean (had to go in and out for cutting), the clean up at end of job - is part of how they do things - excellent. Also want to mention customer care. Before, during, and now after the job, Max and team have an orientation toward customer service. Max as well as the installation crew were attentive, friendly, polite - clearly part of their company ethos. Great experience, quality work, beautiful end result. Five stars."

Dining room was carpeted with level loop padded carpet that was glued down. Carpet came up but glue residue did not. Dan said "No problem" and it wasn't. came out beautiful! We are so pleased. I found him on Angi & within just a few days he was able to come and evaluate the work that I needed. Not only on the stair case but other unfinished project in just 2 days he completely flipped my home.
