"Jordan was amazing and quick! He accommodated my chaotic schedule. I told him what I thought it was and it turned out that’s what was wrong with my washer. He diagnosed it on Monday and since I had to go to my second job he came back to replace the part on Tuesday. Literally took him 10 min to replace it. Overall between the diagnoses and repair, Jordan was at my house for maybe 30 min. I will definitely use them with future issues."

I was called and informed it would be somewhat later, so it wasn't a big deal, but I wonder if they might be too optimistic how long jobs end up taking. Other than that, I was quite happy with the person who fixed the problem."

Only took about 20 minutes. and the installer took time to point some of the keys points concerning the care of the appliance."
