"After interviewing several contractors for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, my husband and I felt immediately at ease with Matt. His professionalism and integrity shine through the moment you meet him. We initially bid out a modest bathroom and kitchen facelift in an old 1900's farmhouse. With his insight and resources, we were able to completely remodel both in addition to updates throughout the rest of our home (refinished hardwoods, paint, carpet, etc.). We had an aggressive timeline and he delivered on time and kept within our budget (aside from our requested change orders). Matt and his team of subcontractors surpassed our expectations and were lovely to work with. Weâ ve had a lot of experience with contractors and other house projects and the level of detail and care Kyle had was unmatched. Very meticulous in everything that he did. No cutting corners. "Exquisite and spectacular to say the least. Anita tunes in to an almost unconscious level in discerning the specifics for your own special needs. I have marveled at her ability to sync and read others at a deeper level. Definitely will continue to use her ongoing with my decorating . Anita has done Four major projects for me. Each one turned out 5 STARS in my experience. First she finessed with a "flair" the details of my master bathroom and created a sanctuary in an extra bedroom. Second she completely transformed my guest bathroom - including an intoxicating steam shower, Italian porcelain tile and curved Italian vanity. Once I had decided to move to the Pearl, I entrusted the transition to her. I traveled abroad while she handled my move.
