"Spoke with carmine first to set up the appointment. He went out of his way to arrange to replace my water heater the same day, Anthony and John arrived. They were very polite and very helpful in explaining all the problems with my situation. I have an extremely difficult basement to work in and they were so good about the conditions. My basement is very damp and almost all ledge rock except for where the furnace, water heater and pressure tank are. They were a pleasure to know. John had a great sense of humor. I was happy with their work and would recommend this company anytime."
