"The team that installed our system worked very hard for a few days to get the job done. But.... Everdry has been back for warranty 4 or 5 times now.... The salesman said they would dig down until they saw no cracks in the block but Everytime warranty has had to come out it was because they did not dig deep enough from the start. Everyone that has came out to the house to do the physical work has been very professional and super nice. It have been almost a year since the install and I have to give it to them warranty comes out every time I call and are usually fit me in before the date they give me over the phone which is nice. And honestly for the most part the system works, we have not flooded in the basement since the install but as of right now we do still get a wet spot on wall here and there and the corners still get wet too but they are coming out again in the next few days so we will see if they finally get it stopped."
