  Comment: I am looking to remodel an area of my basement for 3 kids rooms. One room will have limited upgrades - paint, new texture, baseboard. One is an interior storage room that is unfinished so needs everything. One is an exterior storage room that will need a door cut on concrete to bring into house, take space down to concrete and redo as if unfinished with some window/door work. Also need radon mitigation. Interested in a contractor who can manage that or at least coordinate with a contractor I have to install during construction if possible. Looking for a contractor who has fairly good schedule flexibility to come bid and start sooner rather than later if selected.
