"I hired AC Custom Metal Work (more than 8 years ago) to replace our old dilapidated automated vehicle gate with a new, architecturally forward, dependable automated vehicle gate. ACMW delivered a terrific 13’ automated vehicle gate that looks great and has been dependable since installation. But one morning, after a big windstorm, we came out to find that a weld had broken. The gate was inoperable. I called Jorgè and he was able to come out the same day. He fixed and serviced the gate while I wasn’t even there. He’s that dependable - he’s that trustworthy - I finally reconnected with him the next day to settle up. He came out and walked me through everything he had done, how the gate is fully functional, fully serviced and ready for service. We also discussed some improvement ideas I have.
