"I've had issues with a slow tub drain for years. Bob Hamilton would come out to snake the drain anytime it happened. This last time they could not get it open. I live in an old house on a slab foundation. I was super stressed out because I knew they would need to create a hole in the middle of my house to fix this drain. They did some amazing work! This required new piping to be placed. In the process of trying to locate the blockage, Aundre worked in five foot sections to locate the problem in an effort to help save $. The basement floor was jack-hammered, the entire pipe replaced, concrete poured, and the area cleaned up in this short amount of time. The entire team was very courteous, helpful, and professional."

"I had Polestar come out first to try to fix a leaking shower. Two guys came out, they "tried" to fix it and told me that they would have to rip out the entire wall behind the shower and replace the piping quoted $895. They also tried to sell me a Scale Blaster for $465 because he said my water was bad?. I was not ready for to spend that kind of money so I paid them the $65 for coming out and told them I would think about it.... One Week later I call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (on new years eve) they came out right away. The plumber (Dennis) was very professional and honest. It took him 15 minutes to replace the small valve that was causing the leak and he charged me $370 for the job. I also asked him about the Scale Blaster, he said it did not work in his experience. After reading some online reviews I realized that he was right. From now on I will be calling Ben Franklin for all my plumbing needs."
