"Their appraisals were accurate, they kept all schedules they made and they did a very thorough and complete job. All their personnel were polite and courteous. Some of the competing proposals we received were questionable as to whether they could fit the new equipment into the existing space. Perfectemp encountered some difficulties when the equipment was not the size advertised, but they found ways to install it and meet all of their proposals."

"We had an issue with our pool where it was filling up - almost to a point where it was overflowing the sides. We called Legacy Pools on a Friday and they were able to get us in on Monday morning. The staff we worked with over the phone to schedule the appointment was super friendly and kept us up to date as far as exactly when Matthew, the technician would arrive. Matthew showed up right on time and was super helpful in diagnosing the issue that we were having and we were able to implement a temporary fix right on the spot. Matthew then took the time to go above and beyond in taking a look at our pool equipment and suggesting recommendations. Legacy will be sending us a quote for a permanent fix to the main issue we are having. I would definitely recommend using Legacy pools to other folks who have pools at their home."
