"This is long overdue. David Downey is the only person I trust for carpentry work. His work ethic, quality of work/attn to detail, and dependability is unmatched. Honestly I was unsure exactly what style crown molding would be best, being a first time homeowner. He showed me some crown molding samples in his book that would be appropriate for my home's style which I admit is modest. He installed crown molding in my office and bedroom. It looks fantastic!!! I was so grateful that he also offered to paint some of it for me. I paid a reasonable price for the trim, painting and labor. Whenever David has been here, there has been peace of mind for me. Most times when someone has been to my home I almost feel like I have to supervise. I never feel that way with David. As a matter of fact there are few people I would trust in my home like I would David other than my plumber. In 2025 the house was put on hold, but I hope to hire him again in the future.
