Austin did not just listen; he reassured me with his confidence and clear understanding of the problem. After a 15-minute call, I knew Grey Plumbing was the right choice. True to his word, Austin scheduled his technician, Justin, to arrive between 12 and 2 p.m. Not only did Justin call ahead to confirm his arrival at 12:15 p.m., but he also displayed the same level of confidence and professionalism as Austin.
