He put me at ease and i felt comfortable asking questions about the project throughout. I really appreciated that we could coordinate and send pics of the issues beforehand so there would be no surprises at the time the work started. His quote was reasonable, not the cheapest option but the last time i went for the cheaper option I got stuck with a plumber who triggered my PTSD. "On 11/9/22, I contacted Ilia to replace my defective A O Smith Water Heater and wanted the same brand. He provided a fair price and realistic timeframe without any haggling. A few hours after the call, my new water heater was up and running, and the old one was taken away. I&A Piping was the best contractor we dealt with while others were looking to charge higher depending on the timeline and if it was an emergency. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for other work."

"Where do I begin, I couldn t believe my boiler was leaking after a year owning my home. I came online hoping to fix someone who can help me with this problem within a minute of hitting enter I received a phone call and it was a Sunday morning around 6:30am. Matthew called me and asked me to explain what was going on I did that and he came the same day around 9am (he actual came alittle before) timing is everything to me and he exceeded my expectations with that... he told me the bad news my boiler was definitely leaking and needed to be replace as well as my hot water tank. I couldn t believe it, his price was very reasonable we set a date for that Wednesday appointment was for 7am Matthew and his crew arrived around 6:50 definitely ONTIME which I was so excited about... Matthew and his crew worked from 7am all the way to about 2pm they did a fantastic job and along the way Matthew and his crew made it a wonderful experience. Matthew made me laugh and made this such a smooth experience... he is the BEST. His personality is out of the world and definitely tells you what it is and that s what I like no BS... he worked with me and explained it all to me (I ll still be calling him if I have questions) lol fast forward the electrician came there same day around 6pm to fix the wiring he too was also such a humble person and explained what he was doing which I loved as well, me being a first time home buyer I wanted to know.... .. Thank you Matthew I ll definitely with be contacting you for future jobs... "I can't say enough good things about Jimmy- He responded to an emergency sewer backup & when he was here he advised me of the urgent need to replace a VERY old basement slop sink with rotting plumbing (I didn't even realize it) He installed the new sink, reorganized the piping, installed new cutoff valves, changed a bunch of other hoses,etc. He is prompt, courteous, neat & reasonable. What a guy!!!"
