"Called them in the afternoon about a suspected pipe leak (non-emergency) near my water meter, and they sent a technician out less than an hour later. Tim gave me a quote over the phone and was ready to do the 3 to 4 hour repair on the spot. I needed to coordinate with a tenant, so he came back out the following morning to do the work. Tim was on time and I was able to track his arrival on a map from a link texted to me by the office. Communication was excellent and the price (just under $400) was less than half of the other quotes I received. Tim even sent pictures of what he found (mass of tree roots that broke the pipe) and the repair he made. I'll definitely be using Fenwick Plumbing again!"

"Kelley?s Plumbing Contractor employees were great; they worked quickly, cleanly, and were extremely respectful in our home. They discussed the labor costs with us prior to working on our project but did not disclose an estimated final cost. When we received our invoice we were floored. The service took a total of one hour and our bill was $780. It is an absurd cost for a job that took one hour, including the time to the store to purchase parts. We do not recommend them for future services unless you ask for full disclosure on the anticipated final cost. Very disappointed with the cost."
