"The technician was very professional and helped me understand how my system works. He did a very thorough job and found that the mice in my crawl space under my house had chewed through the wire on my ignition switch. He didn't have the part but offered to go get it and come back around 8:00 at night (it was late afternoon). I told him he didn't need to work that late, and he promised to come back at 8:00 the next morning to replace the part. He called and then showed up on time the next morning. Very excellent service. The receptionist was great too."

He is professional, polite and detailed in his work. I would highly recommend Jesse for all of your HVAC needs. I had to contact him after the job was complete for a couple minor adjustments and he was just as responsive as before I had hired him. Plus he has a rocking beard! Very nice young gentlemen and very knowledgeable."

I was called and informed it would be somewhat later, so it wasn't a big deal, but I wonder if they might be too optimistic how long jobs end up taking. Other than that, I was quite happy with the person who fixed the problem."
