"We had our house and pole barn roofs replaced. Our experience with BR Roofing could not have been better. From the first phone call throughout the project BR Roofing was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They completed the job in one day and did an amazing job. The crew was efficient, considerate and very professional. The crew cleaned up very well. The next day a different crew came to complete the clean up and check the work. The owners were involved and on site a couple of times. Gus came later in the week to check to see if we had any concerns and again to inspect the clean up. "Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
