He replaced countless trim boards, siding boards, weather stripping, and windows. The painters found a couple of spots that needed fixing after James had finished and been paid. He came back and promptly fixed them at no charge. He always has a smile, responds quickly in communication, is fair with his pricing, and stands behind his work.
