We were very concerned about mold due to obvious reasons, with our kids spending a lot of time in the basement, etc. We contacted 1-800 Water Damage, Edward arrived and immediately assured us that the water damage will be removed and any mold will be identified and remediated. They took care of all the paperwork needed for my insurance company, they were prompt, professional and took care of all the clean up. They did find mold and removed it.
