He explained everything to us thoroughly and I'm thankful for his advice to removed our carpet and pad after being saturated by groundwater --he saved us some headache dealing with drying them out and cleaning and possible mustiness and health issues! He and his team were fast but careful, very respectful and professional, and we felt like he paid special attention to us during a potentially stressful experience.
