I really did not believe they could dig and install a new basement sump, lay the water guard channels, with new concrete, install drains to the outside under the lawn, and correct the issues in a window well ALL IN ONE DAY, but they did. It was very hard work, including hauling old concrete up the stairs. Oh, and they also scheduled the electrician to put in a new line for the pump the same day too. They were very efficient, the job was done neatly, and even the lawn looks perfect again. Will know more after the next torrential rain, but I am confident that our basement water problem is solved. (I am a repeat customer. Had Complete Basement System do driveway leveling in a prior house, also good work.)"
