"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."

When he finished and left, downstairs was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend him. NOTE: I could not accurately list the work Jose did, so I put in foundation because I needed something.
