Tyler called to say he was in the area and he came over immediately! He accessed the problem.. removed the old hot water heater and within a half an hour went and got the replacement we needed and began installation! He is one terrific guy and very knowledgeable.. set our minds at ease instantly! Other folks may have been influenced by his youthful look.. but believe me, we would welcome him in our home anytime!
