"As all the snow we had started to meltâ ¦ My basement started collecting waterâ ¦ Unfortunately my sump pump failed.... and I must contacted 12 different plumbers on Sundayâ ¦ Not one of them got back to meâ ¦ However Boland answered the phone when I called and informed me he was working on another persons home But he promised he could be at my home in the next two hoursâ ¦ True to his word he was thereâ ¦ Replaced my sump pump in no time and saved me a lot of cleanup.... The technicians name was Bill and he was a godsendâ ¦ Iâ  ll recommend this company to anyone having plumbing problems. Thank you!"
