The finished "product" more than met our expectations. Costs were exactly as "pre-defined" by our project manager, Isaac. No surprises what so ever! For us, two very important considerations were: 1. Project manager/coordinator must be readily and almost immediately available for our questions and concerns; 2. The craftsman employed for all phases of construction must be highly skilled, reliable and detail oriented. I am happy to report that Tridel met our expectations 110%."
