"We called ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION to replace & reattach several pieces of aluminum siding fascia that were blown off one side of our home during a severe wind storm and to seal up a few areas on the other side of the house where birds were nesting in the eaves. Val gave us a very reasonable estimate which included doing the work right then and there. A few short hours later all the work was complete and done very much to our satisfaction. Fascia has been replaced, the birds are gone. My wife and I both agree Val is very friendly, upfront and honest; not one who promises one result and then doesn't deliver. We will always consider Val (ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION) first for all our future home repair needs."

They look like brand new. We were so pleased we had the refinish the old dated knotty pine basement and give it a whole new modern look. Again we were extremely pleased with the results. See before and after pics. The counter top will be replaced with granite. Unfortunately I didn't take before pictures of the basement, but it was old varnished knotty pine. They worked diligently to install a new floor in the kitchen cabinet under the sink following some very extensive water damage and rotting, replaced broken hinges in several kitchen cabinets, adjusted several window blind brackets that had been poorly installed, hung new shelves in the front hall closet and performed some much needed painting in various locations in the home. They worked diligently and continuously to ensure the work was performed properly, consulting us to ensure that their work would meet our expectations, all for a very fair price.
