I hired Andre Costa of Elite Painting & Remodeling LLC and he essentially breathed new life into the house and transformed it into a gorgeous property. The transformation is incredible! He explained all the repairs that were necessary so there were no surprises. He demoed + replaced the entire kitchen - the countertops, the cabinets, the butcher's block, the sink and all appliances. All was updated extremely professionally and beautifully. It is now amazing and bright. He replaced the bathroom toilets, tubs and vanities. Repaired the plumbing and fixed the tile. They are now updated and sleek. He even fixed my electrical issues and repainted the entire house. It came out so beautifully. It looks like a designer planned it. Truly tasteful. I am completely satisfied with his level of expertise and craftsmanship. I recommend him without reservation. Best of all, he came in on budget. I now have a stunning home instead of a complete eyesore. I was able to rent it within a month of completion of repairs. I am absolutely thrilled with his work.
