The nature of the project changed as the discovery of a septic system, unknown to me, presented a big challenge for their equipment and to me as the homeowner trying to sell the property. "The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together.
