"Derek contacted me almost immediately after I contacted Home Advisor and after speaking with him and explaining my situation he said he could be onsite within the hour. 30 minutes later he arrived and after looking at the issue with my water heater and the exhaust vent made me feel assured he would be able to fix the problem.
