"I put i request on Friday,9/25. Brian called me the same day and arraned to come over on Saturday,9/26, to look at job. I explained need for quick repair. He analyzed the malfunctioning of window; repaired it; removed broken glass; measured for the replacement paine and promised to come back Tues or Wednesday to finish the job. On Tuesday, 9 /28 he completed the repair. He was informative; efficient, knowledgeable, and .pleasant. Each day he left the area clean, even vacuumed the window sill in case there were glass slivers. Quick service was necessary to ensure that I am able to close on the sale of my house. I would certainly highly recommend Mr. Beckwith. Please note that Mr. Beckwith was the only individual to call me. I am thankful that he was excellent."
