"They showed up on time, evaluated the situation quickly and offered to start the job the same day. Charles and his father (owners) were very professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales or BS. My roof was hit by a micro burst of air that left a big hole on my roof. Tiles were matched up nicely and the job was done within hours of the estimate. Communication was great. Overall, this crew did a fantastic job and I will use them again in the future."

"Had a roof leak. Went online to look for a roofer and came across the service magic website. Left my info. at about 10pm on a Saturday night. Rod from Confide Roofing called me within a minute. He came by next morning (Sunday), and identified the problem and discussed with me. Gave me a quote and when I accepted was back up on the roof. Took less than two hours. Rained again after he left, no more leak. I Highly recommend Rod. Honest price and great service. I had been up on the roof previously myself a couple times and could never locate the source of the leak."
