"Mike came out originally to provide a bid on a sod replacement. After so much frustration with my front lawn, I wanted it ripped out and replaced. I had grossly miscalculated the size of my lawn, so the estimate was going to be at least double of what I had anticipated. Mike evaluated my lawn and told me I didn't need to replace my lawn-- I just needed to rehab it with thatching, laying down some seed and topsoil, etc. He did a soil analysis, sprinkler system audit, and gave me detailed bids within 24 hours of each eval (he did soil and sprinkler 2 separate days). By the time I accepted and provided a deposit, he and his crew were out within the week. His team plans to be out in about another week to check to make sure our lawn rehab is working, and as he has other clients in the neighborhood, he said he'd keep an eye on our lawn, too, to make sure our strategy is working.
