"I contacted SPS Contracting to get a quote on a reconstruction job of my garage, guest room and laundry area, the work will also include a bit of remodeling work in the kitchen and updating the living room. Mr. Ed came out the next morning and appeared to be very honest and knowledgeable. He even pitched wonderful ideas while we discuss the work which was very helpful. Later that evening Mr. Ed gave us a copy of the proposal and the deal was done. In contrast, the last (2) contractors that we requested for the quote took (2) weeks to give us their numbers. Mr. Ed and his crew began working on the job and they move swiftly, we appreciate that they ensure the place is clean and try minimizing the noise as much as they can as at that time, I am working from home. They always clean up after each workday, trash is removed and all tools were kept in one place, ready for the next day. The job was initially scheduled to be done in 3 weeks, but Mr. Ed and his crew kept pushing forward that they were able to finish 4 days early, and that includes all the change orders! My wife and I were impressed with Mr. Ed and his crew work ethics, they took great pride in their work and it showed! SPS Contracting is a great and easy company to work with. "Gonzalez Framing and Remodeling went above and beyond our expectations. Our porch project was completed last week (12/16/23). It was a very large project for a porch, it included a covered and screened in 17’x60’ porch. Also a covered 8’x30’ back porch. They were tied together by an elevated 4’ walk way with two sets of steps and two handicap ramps. Only the best material was used for this project. We highly recommended this contractor.
