"95 was one of three companies I quoted for a driveway replacement project. Their representative, Tim, was the first to contact me. Tim is truly a subject matter expert. He understood the assignment and made solid recommendations, even filling gaps in my own creativity for how I thought the final product should look. 45 minutes after meeting with me at the house, Tim emailed an itemized quote with 95's bid and then called to go over it with us. He didn't know it, but he had set the precedent for how I expected all the bidding companies to go about their pitch. "I found Phil via HomeAdvisor and requested a quote for a project we had. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Phil called me and set up an in-person consult! We had an interesting situation where the previous owners built a 'patio' that was out of code and needed immediate removal. Phil worked hard to get us an extremely reasonable price for removal and an exceptional price for building a composite deck from scratch. My husband and I greatly appreciated how he could give us a quote on the spot and allow us to play around with the number for each square foot to create the perfect deck for our needs. Removal was smooth and well thought out. The man working the excavator was very sweet and allowed my little one to get up close to the equipment before starting, often times waving to him in the window while he worked! The crew who built the deck are true craftsmen! Jeremiah takes great pride in his work and it shows. They worked tirelessly to ensure every measurement was perfect and that the end product was exactly what we were looking for. They were courteous to us, our property, our dog, and my family. "D&R Improvements did a beautiful job on my bathrooms. David, the owner, was quick to give me an estimate and always responded to my e-mails the same day I sent them, even if it was on a weekend. He scheduled the tile installlation on a Friday and had a plumber come out on a Sunday to reinstall the toilets so that we wouldn't have to spend any extra time without them. Everyone who did work on the house was very professional and nice. They even worked with my three child gates rather than make me take them down. All of this at a very reasonable price.
