"Mr. Cortez and his employees were professional, prompt, clean and showed a great deal of attention to detail. We have used this company several times and have never been disappointed. They have done drywall installation, drywall repair, painting, stair rail/stair installation, window/door installation, exterior house painting and siding and power washing just to name some of the services. They are hard workers and kind! I will hire them again when we start our next project! The quality of their work and prices can't be beat!"

"Decoyas contacted me quickly when I inquired about a cleaning service. I met with Arnetta at my home for an estimate. My home had not been deep cleaned in a long time. After evaluating and giving an estimate, Arnetta and her team arrived at my home to clean. The people who came to my home were friendly, helpful, and thorough. They addressed every issue that I had with my home, and I admit there were many things to clean since I had not had a cleaning in a while. Now I have a wonderfully clean home and I have already scheduled Decoyas to come back for a bi-weekly cleaning. I would fully recommend Decoyas Micro Cleaning Services to anyone. They are great people and do a great job."

"Savannah was amazing from the beginning to end. Great communication throughout and went above and beyond to ensure my rental was perfect for the next guest. Even with a limited timeframe to get the job done, and with little notice due to my other cleaner backing out last minute, Savannah got the job done! She went above and beyond and will get all of my business from here on out! Highly recommended!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
