    "Sovereign Painting patched, filled, plastered and painted two rooms plus hallways, entranceways, and foyer in my home. The rooms were very difficult and had not ben painted in 30 years. They included a high cathedral ceiling and walls that needed plastering and baseboard heating. They exceeded my expectations in every way and especially the quality of their work and their attention for small detail. They plastered holes, covered cracks with tape and used the latest technology for water stains. They followed best practices and did not cut corners. They delivered two needed coats while others only quoted one. They fixed, patched and painted railing that I did not think could be saved. They were extremely professional. I was so impressed that I asked then to return and paint the rest of the house. These are the real pro's and were very competitively priced.       What kind of material do you want for the trim? (Check all that apply): Vinyl
      Comment: 4 corner trim boards replacement on a 20 foot tower located on a 30 foot high FLAT ROOF. No siding replacement is necessary because siding is cement boarding. Current Trim Boards are 1 inch think and 4.25 ( 2 )inches and 5.50 ( 2 ) inches wide. Replacement of either full 20 foot trim length or 16 foot partial replacement, and with proper taping and caulking after install. Building roofing and structure is 22 years old. The roofing seams have been revitalized to prevent rubber roof leaking. The trim is currently suspected of allowing small water leak into building due to wood trim failing near bottom 4 feet of trim boards. Property is located at 212 Main Street , Foxboro, Mass. 02035. This is a Lutheran Church and Daycare center. I am the Building and Grounds manager. 508-269-0654
