Him and his co-worker did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and ac system and he even showed us before and after pictures of all the work they did. "If you need a good plumber or HVAC tech I recommend Manny Alvarez of The #1 contractors. He works with his father and brother and they saved me a lot of money on my repair. Service Squad wanted $10,000 to replace my main water line, Plumb Shield wanted $6,995, and J5 wanted $4,600. Russel Plumbing said he would replace the line for $3,800 but he would charge me $150 for a written quote. Manny and his father came out and found the leak quickly using air pressure in the line, dug it up, repaired it, corrected the misaligned pipe and charged me $280! Thank you Manny and family!"
