"If your home does not have an outside outlet, someone will need to be home in order for the outside work to be completed. The crew will need access to an inside outlet. When asked if I needed to be home in order for the job to be done, I was told I did not. I did not know the crew needed access to an outlet until they arrived. An appointment had to be canceled so I could give the crew access to an inside outlet. In the future I will ask if access to an outlet is needed, and if so, I will know that I will need to be home for the outside work to be done."
