"HVAC system semi-annual inspection and tune-up was performed by Will and Allen. They arrived within the scheduled time frame and went to work. This was Will's second visit here and he once again was very professional and explained what they were doing before they did it. They cleaned and tested the furnace, replaced a few items, and then cleaned up after themselves. One Hour will continue to be my "go-to" HVAC firm."

"I signed up 3 years ago to the Swan Club, which includes yearly inspections of our furnace, ac, and plumbing. Mark recently inspected our air conditioning system. After purchasing an HVAC system from Swan, we joined the Swan Club, which includes yearly inspections. Yesterday our service technician was Mark. He was extremely thorough and professional, and and walked us through the whole system with pictures and comments. He could not have been more helpful. Thanks Mark"
