"Beyond pleased with the entire process and final outcome. At first I didnâ t have high hopes as other contractors have rejected due to it being a small project, however this contractor did not. He had Great communication from the get go, amazing prices and answered all my questions. I love my ceramic floors, great job overall. Will be calling him back to finish the rest of my house."

"Imagine your girlfriend just bought a beautiful fully-renovated home. You re there with her and her parents celebrating. You re pouring cabarnet sauvignon next to the fireplace, when the aerator comes loose, wine pours onto the floor and splashes all over the white stone fireplace. This happened to me, and it was an absolute nightmare. I reached out to 6 different companies at 8 pm that Thursday evening. Only two of them answered, and only one of those gave me complete confidence that they could provide a solution. From the moment he picked up the phone Phillip Cunningham made it clear that we were in good hands. He had me send him pictures of the stains so he could evaluate how he could help, He answered all my questions, and he was available to come out the next day. His service was perfect. He got all the stains out of the stone so it looked like new. If (when) we ever have any issues with our stone or countertops, we will definitely be calling Phillip with What a Shine in the future."
