Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"

He's a busy guy, so you may have to wait a while to get your work done, but he won't lie to you about time, and having the job done right the first time is well worth the wait. Anytime there were delays due to weather, materials, or inspections, Luiz explained what was going on and kept us in the loop. The quality of the work is excellent — they really know what they’re doing, and it shows in the finished product. The project did take alot longer than originally estimated, but it started in the winter and there were a few unavoidable delays along the way. Even so, the company handled challenges extremely well. "Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value."
