"FSM were excellent from quoting through to completion. Professional, easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would do quickly and efficiently. The fix for our leaky basement was well explained and the crew that did the work were polite, cleaning up all their mess and called every day before arriving so we would know when to lock our pets away. Highly recommended."

"We hired another company to install two new shut off valves in our basement. Our house is very old and actually has lead pipes coming into the house. The original plumber installed the valves and left without the water being turned back on. When it finally was turned on, there was a small leak in the compression fitting to the main line. So, we called Slades to come fix the problem. John was upfront about his service call pricing and hourly rate, and I found both to be completely reasonable. The best part of my interaction with Slades, however, is that I no longer have to worry about the problem. While my original plumber (a company that touted their decades of experience) had every excuse as to why the job could not be done properly, John simply solved the problem. Here is my highest form of praise: If I ever have another plumbing problem that I can't fix, I'm calling Slades."
