"I hired Leak Seekers to replace some rotten exterior wood on my house. I did get several bids from contractors on Angies list, but Leak Seekers gave me the best detailed bid. I can’t say enough great things about them. Jerry Boutin, the owner could not have been more accommodating, kind and really went above and beyond on the work outlined. Brandy called with updates, the time the men would be here or if there was a delay. I’ve never experienced such personable professional service. Sam and Skip were an amazing team! They worked quickly and tirelessly through cold windy weather. The windows, fascia, and corner boards they replaced were done to perfection! They took the rotten boards away and cleaned up every place they worked. I can’t say enough about what a great group of people they are. Out of 10, I rate them 12."
